Refund Policy
VIBE BOOTH STUDIO REFUND POLICY

At Vibe Booth Studio, we reserve event dates, personnel, and equipment specifically for each client. Because of the advance planning and scheduling required for our services, refunds are subject to the following terms.
1. NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve an event date and secure services.
The retainer compensates Vibe Booth Studio for reserving the event date, declining other potential bookings, administrative preparation, and event planning services.
Under no circumstances shall the retainer be refunded except in the event that Vibe Booth Studio cancels the event due to circumstances within its control.
2. CLIENT CANCELLATIONS
More Than One (1) Week Before the Event
If the Client cancels more than one (1) week prior to the event date:

The non-refundable retainer shall be retained by the Company in accordance with this Agreement.

Any payments received in excess of the retainer amount shall be refunded to the Client within fourteen (14) business days.
Between One (1) Week and Seventy-Two (72) Hours Before the Event
If the Client cancels between one (1) week and seventy-two (72) hours prior to the event date:

The non-refundable retainer shall be retained by the Company in accordance with this Agreement.

Up to fifty percent (50%) of the remaining contract balance may become due and payable.

Any refund determination shall be made at the sole discretion of Vibe Booth Studio based upon services rendered, equipment reserved, staffing commitments, and expenses incurred.
Within Seventy-Two (72) Hours of the Event
If the Client cancels within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled event:

The non-refundable retainer shall be retained by the Company in accordance with this Agreement.
One hundred percent (100%) of the remaining contract balance shall become immediately due and payable.

No refunds shall be issued.
3. RESCHEDULING
Approved rescheduling requests are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled event date will not be accepted and shall be treated as cancellations, subject to this Refund Policy and the Event Service Agreement.
4. COMPANY CANCELLATION
If Vibe Booth Studio is unable to provide contracted services due to circumstances within its control and cannot reasonably provide a replacement service or alternative date, the Client shall receive a full refund of all monies paid, including the retainer.
This refund shall constitute the Client's sole and exclusive remedy.
5. FORCE MAJEURE
No refunds shall be required when performance is prevented or substantially impacted by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Vibe Booth Studio, including but not limited to:

Severe weather

Natural disasters
-
Acts of God
-
Government orders
-
Public emergencies
-
Utility failures
-
Internet outages
-
Venue closures
-
Labor disputes
-
Civil unrest
In such cases, Vibe Booth Studio may, at its discretion, offer a rescheduled event date, service credit, or partial refund.
6. EQUIPMENT FAILURE OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION
In the unlikely event of equipment malfunction or technical difficulties, Vibe Booth Studio will make commercially reasonable efforts to repair, replace, or substitute equipment.
Refunds, if any, shall be limited to the portion of services materially affected by the interruption.
Under no circumstances shall Vibe Booth Studio be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or emotional damages resulting from service interruptions.
7. PROCESSING OF REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refunds are typically processed within fourteen (14) business days following approval.
Processing times may vary depending upon the Client's financial institution or payment provider.
